Why This Is Different

Many loan preapproval pages are really lead capture forms. Loan Readiness Report is different. We help you understand whether applying makes sense before you talk to a lender or share your information with anyone.

You use your own credit report or manually enter the information you already know. We do not ask for your Social Security number or pull your credit file.

We provide a readiness estimate based on the information you enter. Final loan decisions are made only by lenders.

We do not match you to lenders inside the report. After receiving your report, you may choose whether you want help connecting with a credit counselor or possible loan source.

Questions About Loan Readiness Report

Loan Readiness Report helps you understand how ready you may be for a loan before you apply. We do not pull your credit, affect your score, or preapprove loans. You enter your own information, receive a free readiness level, and can choose whether to upgrade for the full report.

No. Loan Readiness Report is not a lender, broker, credit bureau, or loan approval service. We do not approve loans, preapprove loans, or guarantee that any lender will approve you. The report is a readiness estimate based on the information you provide. Final loan decisions are made only by lenders.

No. We do not pull your credit report, run a hard inquiry, or run a soft inquiry. You enter your own information from your credit report, credit monitoring account, lender documents, or personal records. Because we do not access your credit file, using this tool does not affect your credit score.

In the United States, the official site for free credit reports is AnnualCreditReport.com. You can request reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. The FTC warns consumers to be careful with look-alike sites that claim to offer “free” reports but may require paid products or subscriptions.

If you want a paid option, you can also buy reports or credit monitoring directly from major credit bureaus such as Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion, or from other trusted credit-monitoring providers. Before paying, check whether the service includes your credit score, full report details, monitoring, or only limited information.

For Loan Readiness Report, you do not need to upload your report. You can simply enter the important numbers manually, such as credit score, balances, limits, late payments, collections, inquiries, and account age.

You should have your credit score, total credit card limits, total credit card balances, number of late payments, collections, charge-offs, bankruptcy status, open installment loans, monthly loan payments, student loans, auto loans, mortgage or rent amount, recent inquiries, age of oldest account, average account age, available down payment, monthly income, employment type, desired loan type, and desired loan amount.

The free result gives you a basic readiness level: Weak, Fair, or Strong. It may also show how many major issues were found and preview one issue, such as debt load. You will also receive a private reference number so you can return later and unlock the full report without entering everything again.

The full Loan Readiness Report explains the exact issues that may be affecting your chances, why those issues matter, and a step-by-step improvement plan to address them. It can review debt load, credit utilization, payment history, negative credit marks, down payment strength, income pressure, and the loan amount you are trying to get.

No. The report does not match you with lenders and does not recommend a specific lender as an approval source. The report is focused on your readiness, risk issues, and improvement steps. After receiving your report, you may be asked if you want help connecting with a credit counselor or possible loan source. That is optional and separate from the report.

No. Do not enter your Social Security number, full account numbers, driver’s license number, or private identity documents. We only need the financial details that affect loan readiness, such as balances, limits, payment history, income, debts, and loan goal.
